Microsoft revealed that Iris Fall and Autonauts are the Games with Gold for Xbox players in January 2023.
According to Xbox Wire, Xbox Live Gold members and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will all have access to both games when they are released next month.

Iris Fall
Iris Fall will arrive on January 1 and stay until the end of the month, while Autonauts will be released later on January 16 and available until February 15.
