The Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl trailer has been released, giving us a glimpse of the characters and plot of this much-anticipated installment in the Stalker series.
The trailer titled Come to Me, popped up on developer GSC Game World’s Youtube channel today. This article will, understandably, include spoilers from the original games and the trailer.
The trailer begins with a sequence that likely happens during the event that created The Zone, introducing the Monolith faction ruled by mental control.
Scene descriptions show players traveling in the Zone, throwing bolts into anomalies, and using detectors accompanied by character commentary.

The play ends with a passionate monologue by a visually impaired religious zealot.

In the beginning, we are given glimpses of the mysterious experiments conducted in The Zone, which was the setting for the original Stalker trilogy.
After years of hard work, a team of scientists were able to access the Noosphere – the planet’s collective knowledge field, it says.
The Noosphere, a concept from fiction, suggests that there is a psychic field made up of the collective reasoning of people and animals on Earth.
By conducting dangerous experiments on the planet’s life, the Chornobyl Second Exclusion Zone was created and this is where the first games took place.
It’s been a while since we saw a new trailer and this one looks like it is quite far along in showing us glimpses of the story.
