The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, Samsung’s most affordable tablet, has begun receiving the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 Core update in some locations.
The update has been launched in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan and is likely to be available to other countries around the world in the coming days.

Firmware
Android 13, along with One UI Core 5.0 and the November 2022 security patch, is being pushed out for the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite with firmware version T220ZCU1CVL5.
Update
To install the Android 13 update on your Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, go to Settings » Software update and tap Download and install.
Instead, you could get the new firmware file from our database and flash it manually. Remember to back up your data before flashing the firmware.
The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite was first released with Android 11; it has since been updated to two major Android OS versions and could be its final major update once Android 13 is released.

Android 13 has basic per-app language settings.
Settings
The Settings app has an updated Connected Devices menu, and the Security and Privacy menus have combined to make the UI simpler.
Camera
The Camera app now has a watermark feature and a simpler filter selection.
Gallery
The Gallery app has upgraded album design options, as well as improved the appearance of Stories.
Photo Editor
Using the integrated photo editor, you can create stickers from any image, effectively edit GIFs, keep portrait effects intact after making alterations to an image, accurately draw shapes, and add new stickers.
Accessibility
Samsung has further improved accessibility with functions like quick settings toggles for high-contrast font, color inversion, color adjustment, and color filter, plus new corner actions.
Bixby Routines
Bixby Routines have been re-titled to Modes & Routines, and Bedtime Mode has now changed to Sleep Mode.

Samsung has updated Routines with more conditions and options, which include more precise control over notifications, the apps which can deliver notifications, and when and how they should do it.
