Bowers & Wilkinson has teamed up with McLaren Automotive to create a special edition of its PX8 wireless headphones.

History

The British audio company has been developing the sounds for all McLaren cars since 2015. It is now releasing a set of Px 8 McLaren Edition earphones with a galvanic grey finish and completing them with papaya orange highlights.

After several weeks of beta testing for macOS Sierra 10.12, Apple has released macOS Ventura 13.1 to Mac users worldwide.

Immersive and Highly Accurate Audio Experience

Like the standard version, these new models use 40mm carbon cone drivers. They’re designed to sit at a constant angle relative to the listener’s ears from every spot on their surfaces. This ensures a more immersive and highly accurate audio experience.

Px8 McLaren Edition

Elsewhere, the Px8 McLaren Edition from B&W features Qualcomm’s aptx adaptive wireless technology and has USB-C and 3-pin analog audio connectors. It also features its own proprietary active acoustic technology to block unwanted noises thanks to using 6 high-performing mics.

Wireless Noise-Canceling Earphones

Those who buy the new PX8 McLaren Edition wireless noise-canceling earphones from B&W will also be required to download the B&W mobile application to set them up.

They’re available for purchase online and at selected retail outlets and cost $799 or £699 (GBP) in the UK and €749 (EURO) in Europe.
