Just days after Samsung launched its Galaxy S23 series, Vivo, a Chinese company, launched its own powerful flagship smartphones, the Vivo X90 and the Vivo X90 Pro.

X90 Pro: The Powerhouse

The X90 Pro is the more advanced of the two, with a 6.78-inch curved display and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone features a MediaTek Dimensity 9200/Vivo V2 chip combination, up to 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.

Fast Charging with Massive Battery

The X90 Pro has a large 4,870 mAh battery with 120W wired charging and 50W charging capabilities. The “balanced” charging mode, which takes only 29 minutes to charge from 1 to 100 percent, is fast and convenient.

However, fast charging mode can bring the phone to 50 percent charge in just 8 minutes and 10 seconds.

Impressive Camera Setup

The X90 Pro has a circular camera bump on the back, featuring a 50-megapixel ZEISS main shooter, a 50-megapixel portrait camera, and a 12-megapixel wide camera. This setup focuses on portraits rather than optical zoom, making it ideal for taking photos of people.

The main camera uses Sony’s 1-inch, IMX989 sensor, the largest in the mobile phone industry, used in Xiaomi’s 13 Pro flagship. A 32-megapixel front camera is also present, hidden in a centrally positioned punch-hole cutout.

Other Key Features

The X90 Pro also has IP68 dust and water resistance, dual stereo speakers, and a 24-layer liquid cooling system. The back of the phone features a black vegan leather design, which sets it apart from the typical glass back devices.
