Samsung has updated the beta version of its Samsung Internet web browser for Android devices.

The updated version of the app offers two great new features that make browsing online with this app much simpler and more secure than ever.

Bookmarks

The first feature offered is the capability to look up bookmarks and tab groups within the browser. If you commonly save a lot of bookmarks or open many tabs, then it can be challenging to locate the particular bookmark or tab that you need.

By using the updated app version, you can quickly find what you’re looking for in the search box – just type in the bookmark or tab and it will appear.

Browsing History

Another available feature is the capacity to erase browsing history within a certain time period.

As an example, if you set the time range for clearing your browsing data to one week, then the browser will only delete your browsing history from the last seven days while keeping the rest of your previous data intact.

Before, people had to delete their entire browsing history as the only course of action.

Where Is It Available?

For a while now, both features have been accessible on browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

It took Samsung too long to get here, but we’re glad it’s here now. We anticipate that these two features will become available on the final version of the app soon.

While you wait, you can download Samsung Internet Browser Beta from either the Google Play Store or the Galaxy Store.
