Tzumi Dream Vision Pro

With an affordable price, the Tzumi dream vision pro might be the perfect VR headgear for gamers who want to experience virtual realities.

Check out our specially-curated Tzumi DreamVision Pro Review to learn why this might be the best headset for the VR newbie out there.

Features

If you want to go somewhere by plane, you can either choose an established carrier or a low-cost one. The travel experience on the latter will be less than ideal.

It’s like choosing which budget airline to fly with when traveling to your dream world of virtual realities.

Some low-cost airlines may surprise you. For example, the Dream Vision Pro does exactly that.

It has built-in speakers, so you don’t need to buy any additional equipment.

It’s surprisingly light and comfortable and has adjustable straps and soft padding so you can wear them for long periods of time.

They’re also pretty good at doing their job.

Broadly Compatible

The Dream Vision Pro offers excellent compatibility. It supports all kinds of smartphones from 3.5 to 6 inches (8.9 to 15cm). And it can also be used with any kind of operating system.

Padding and Adjustable Straps

You can wear the Tzumi DreamVision Pro for extended periods without any issues.

Usually, straps cut through the skin and irritate your soft skin. However, the soft vinyl padding around the eyes in the VSP does not cut into your skin. Furthermore, the straps are adjustable, so they can be easily sized to fit your preferences.

It’s quite lightweight at just under 500 grams. This makes it easier for you to carry around.

Inbuilt Mic and Retractable Bluetooth Earbuds

Most VR headsets require an external pair of wired or wireless earphones with a mic. However, the DreamVision Pro headset comes with a built-in mic and retractable Bluetooth earbuds.

Wired earbuds are annoying when it comes to storing them. However, they overcome this problem by offering easy portability and convenience.

As if that’s not enough:

These headphones are 3D sound-enabled and pretty good for their price range.

Magnetic Control Switch

VR headsets in this budget usually don’t include a control button. We were surprised to see one on the Vuzix M100, which has better navigation and controls than most others at this price point.

Adjustable Lenses

One of the features that the Dream Vision Pro offers is the adjustable lens. Two buttons on the side of the device let the user adjust the distance between the two eyes.

This feature also lets you adjust the focal length and the lens’ object distances so that people who wear contact lenses can use the camera without having to remove them.

One drawback to the camera is its limited viewing angles. It has a maximum viewing range of just 70-90°.

Pros

  • Great sound and navigation
  • Lightweight and comfortable
  • Anti-reflective coating
  • It works well with prescription glasses
  • Works well on most devices.

Cons

  • Build material is flimsy
  • Very few app support

How to Use The Dream Vision Pro?

  1. Download and install the DreamVR app from either the Google Play store or the Apple App Store.
  2. Launch the app and put the headset on. Make sure to line up the headset with the centerline.
  3. Adjust the lens so that the image is clear and crisp.
  4. Step out of your comfort zone and enjoy your new experiences.

Dream Vision VR: Compatible Games

The Dream Vision VR headset has a large number of compatible titles, but there are so many that we cannot cover them all. We will highlight some of the most popular ones. You can also download free apps from the store.

Google Cardboard

With this virtual world application, you can easily create and share your own 3D worlds using Google Cardboard headsets. You can also download and play many different VR games from the Play Store.

Google Street View

Street Views is a virtual reality (VR) version of the Google Maps function that many users often use. It provides a 360-degree look at a lot of different locations, all using Google Maps’ own mapping technology.

In addition to the standard outside viewing capabilities of Street View, this app also gives you the ability to explore the interior of many museums, restaurants, small businesses, and other places of interest all over the world.

Within

This is one of those non-interactive apps that lets you experience the world of various movies, along with other exclusive content.

You can also get involved in special promotions for TV shows like Mr. Robot. Within works closely with Apple, NBC, Vice Media, and others.

Romans From Mars VR

This action, tower defense-style video game put you in full control. Use your handy crossbow to fend off an invading Martian force. Combining elements allows you to destroy your enemies before they take over everything you care for.

Other Apps

There are a variety of games and experiences available for both Android and iOS devices. Some will be exclusive to one platform over another.

Games and applications can vary from action games to mystery, interactive worlds, and simply immersive stories that take you on a ride.

Conclusion

If you’re looking for an affordable VR headset that works well, then the Tzumis DreamVision Pro should definitely feature on your radar.

It’s a great way to get started with VR, especially if you’re new to it.

We recommend using the DreamVR Headphone with the Dream360 VR App because it helps navigate better and is more intuitive than using the defaults.
