Free Plan
You can use the free version for up to three people at once. It has one virtual monitor (in addition to one real monitor) and limited environments. And there’s no private collaborative workspace.
Elite Plan
There’s also the Elite package which includes five screens, all available workspaces, and private collaboration with four other people.
Team Plan
There is also the Team package, which allows for meetings with up to 12 people and includes user access management, presentations, workflows, and enterprise-grade features.

What devices can run Immersed?
Immersed is now available for the Meta Quest 2, MetQuest Pro, and HTC VIBE Focus 3. It will be released to other XR platforms later.
- All three operating systems (PC, Mac, and Linux) are supported for displaying screenshots in Immersed.
- PCs and Macs support “virtual displays” which allow you to use an external monitor without having to buy one.
- Currently, Linux only allows for external monitors to be connected via USB ports.
What Mac OS versions are supported?
macOS 10.15.7+, which was released last month, now supports virtual displays for Immersed. We try to keep our software compatible with older Macs, but we need to upgrade them to macOS 10.15.6 or later.
What Windows OS versions are supported?
Windows 10 64-bits is needed. Immersed supports virtual display on Windows now! The preferred GPU is an NVIDIA graphics card supported by driver 378.66 or later. An Intel CPU-supported Quick Sync is also supported.
What Linux versions are supported?
Immersed supports 64 bit Ubuntu 16.04+ Linux distributions. Raspberry Pi is currently not supported by Immersed but we’re working on adding support for it.
How do I download the Desktop Agent / Streamer app to each of my computers?
On your VR device, open the Immersive VR application, then go to the Computer menu and select “Pairing Code.” Enter your e-mail address to get a code for each computer you’d like to pair to.
Open the next email on the computer you wish to connect to.
Why can’t I connect to Immersed?
Make sure that you’re connected to the same network for both your VR headset and your computer.
Make sure that you aren’t blocked by firewalls, proxies, or virtual machines because they could be interfering with your connection.
Make sure that your drivers are up to date on your computer.
My VR app tells me that I need to update to the latest version before I can continue.
Make sure that your VR application and the desktop client are running the most recent version available.
If this issue still persists, uninstall and then re-install your VR app.
How can I get multiple monitors in VR?
You can use virtual desktop environments (VDEs) on Windows PCs and Mac computers, external monitor plug-ins, or headless display emulator software. For more information, read our guide here.
Why do I get a black screen when trying to watch Netflix, Hulu, or another streaming service?
Some websites use digital rights management (DRM) technology that prevents them from being recorded by screen capture software. Using Firefox removes this limitation.
Why do I get a green screen when trying to use the webcam feature?
If your Oculus avatar isn’t properly configured, go back into the Oculus Home settings menu and reset your avatar, and then restart the Immersive VR app and your PC.
