Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted

Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted is a collection of classic and original mini-games set in the Five Nights universe.

You’ll be able to survive frightening encounters with your favorite horror movie characters at five different Freddy’s locations across the country. “Where fantasy and fun come alive!”

Story

The game is set inside a VR game commissioned by Fazbear Entertainment Corporation to help them get back into the public eye after they were accused of child abuse.

After the game was shipped off to another company for completion, the original developers left clues behind so they could beat up a mysterious person.

Gameplay Segments

Dark Rooms

Like Night 3 in Five Nights At Freddy’s: Sister Location (Five Nights at Freddy’s 2), the player will be in complete darkness with Funtime Foxy for most of the game.

This section was greatly reworked from its previous iteration and now has play tester feedback indicating that they’re reluctant to test it again because it looks so frightening.

There are also recreated scenes from Funtime Foxy’s “Nightmare Before Christmas” (FNAF 2) where you must shine your flashlight at the plushies at the FNAF 2 prizes.

Parts and Service

Fixing Freddy, Bonnie, Foxy, and Chica. This sequence involves reaching into their chests, ripping their heads off, and removing their eyes, for example.

Vent Repair

You will be repairing vent covers in an area similar to FNAFSL.

Night Terrors

There are some similarities between these new Five Nights at Freddy’s levels and previous ones.

You will have to fight Nightmare Fredbear, Funtime Freddy, and (creepy) Nightmarionne, who hide in the closet, while Baby lurks outside.

You’re Hired

It’s time to get your hands dirty! Fix claustrophobic ventilation system, repair broken animatronics that might be activated at any time, or stay up late working in the night security guard office.

Celebrate

Face your favorite killer animatronic characters including; Freddy, Bonnie (and Chica), Foxy, Springtrap (and The Mangle), Funtime Foxy, Circus Baby, and others.

Fun Prizes

Toys, plushies, bobbleheads, and candies! Earn super cool prizes you can play with! Collect hidden faz tokens to unlock even more rare items for more super awesome stuff!

Pizza Party

Classic scenes from movies have been updated and re-made into an immersive experience featuring

  • Five Nights at Freddy’s
  • Five Nights at Freddy’s 2
  • Five Nights at Freddy’s 3
  • Five Nights at Freddy’s 4
  • Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location.

Two Ways to Play

You can experience the horror in either non-VR mode or VR mode. Oculus Rift and HTC Vives are both compatible.

Curse of Dreadbear

Curse of Dreadbear was released as an add-on for the game. It features two new characters, Dreadbear and GrimmFoxy. The DLC also includes three new animatronic masks, one for each character.

Non-VR mode

On December 13, 2019, Oculus announced that they would be releasing an update for their VR headset, which included support for the Quest 2.

This release adds a flat view option and improved graphics, without requiring any VR headsets. It also includes some new Easter eggs and a splash screen.
