Meta has announced a new feature in its Horizon Worlds VR social network, known as “quests”, which allows users to complete in-game missions to earn virtual rewards such as clothing.
Although the feature is currently only available for beta testing in a game called Giant Mini Paddle Golf, Meta plans to roll it out to more users over time.
Quests Feature in Beta Testing
The quests feature is currently in beta testing via Giant Mini Paddle Golf. Those in the test group will see a new “Quests” icon in their Identity Panel, which will open the new quests board to show six quests and the rewards to be earned.
